Teacher Development Workshops

Refresh and reinvigorate your educational staff with professional development in music and arts integration. Workshops train teachers to more effectively use music and the arts in the classroom. Parents welcome too!
List of concert specific workshops here.

Mini Maestro Program
Our four-pronged educational program provides specialized arts curriculum imbedded into other subjects and uses the arts as an entry point for classroom learning.

Kids Connection
On site Classics 4 Kids programs for groups of up to 30, or assemblies available for groups. These up close, hands-on workshops give children the chance to see and use instruments, meet members of our orchestra, and more!

Docent Program
Schools and classes that attend CLASSICS FOR KIDS concerts may request a visit from a volunteer docent. Docents are provided, free of charge, through a partnership with the Advocates for Classical Music and offer a great way to "preview" the concert experience for students. Availability is limited.
