Hear what it sounds like when professional musicians get together to play great music. The CLASSICS PHILHARMONIC orchestra performs School-Day Concerts at the Balboa Theatre . Concerts are appropriate for children in grades pre-K through 5. In preparation for the concert, teachers can take advantage of:
Young people, their classmates and teachers are invited to join Classics for Kids for school-day performances of music and fun. 60-minute concerts, performed by the professional CLASSICS PHILHARMONIC orchestra and guest artists, offer an entertaining introduction to classical music. Created for students in pre-kindergarten through 5th grade, subsidized $6 tickets are available for school groups of 10 or more. Discounts available for Title 1 schools.
